This site was a 9 unit subdivision from the 1960’s and we were instructed by the client to complete the Title Re-establishment Survey and Feature and Level Survey of the site to allow the architect to design 4 premium units over 3 levels and a basement. These units once constructed allow us then to proceed and obtain the Planning Permit to Subdivide and then complete the Subdivision process to create the 4 units, 12 carparks, common property and Owners Corporation.
