Survey Type: Feature, Level and Internal Survey, Title Re-establishment Survey, Planning Permit to Subdivide and Subdivision

We worked very closely with the project manager on this project. As it was in a sensitive area, the existing 3 story office building with basement was going to be converted to a 5 story apartment building with a basement level and a level of commercial offices. The initial survey comprised on the Feature and Level Survey with all internal structures located as this was to remain and new levels were to be constructed on top of this. Also a Title Re-establishment Survey was completed. We then prepared preliminary plan of subdivision to enable off the plan sales prior to construction being completed. Once the construction was nearly completed we applied for the Planning Permit to Subdivide and proceeded with the subdivision process. The outcome was a 14 unit top end development with underground car parking.
